Wage:
A Project-Based contract with 21k monthly base pay and bonus up to 6k depending on performance, will be rated by the client monthly through a survey
Primary Available Shift: 
To be discussed during the interview with the client
Usual schedules are:
AM Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
PM Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
GY Shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Video editing for real estate listings, promotional videos, and social media content
Communicate with clients to understand project needs and expectations
Assist in creating video content strategies and solutions to enhance client engagement
Adapt to varying project types, deadlines, and client feedback
Must Haves:
At least 2 years of experience in video editing (should attached portfolio upon submission of application)
Experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Good written and verbal English skills
Confidence in client communication
Nice to Haves:
Familiarity with Adobe After Effects
Experience working on AutoCAD
Experience in Photography
