We're seeking a dynamic and detail-focused Executive Virtual Assistant proficient in both English and Mandarin to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role within a real estate company specializing in new developments. We need someone exceptionally organized with great attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Help agents in Sydney, Australia with Property Management tasks and offer administrative support by handling Compliance, Rent Review, Lease Renewal, Routine Inspection, Tenancy Application, Property Listing, and Arrears. Also, manage databases, handle business communications, and prepare reports.
Updating CRM systems
Preparing Properties that are due for Compliance Inspection, Rent Review, Lease Renewals, and Routine Inspection.
Preparing Properties for Market Listing
Processing Lease Board request and takedown
Chase Tenants on Arrears
Answering client requests
Monthly and weekly reporting
Social media posting
Compliance management
Booking Inspection schedule and sending Inspection notice and reminder to Tenants
Sending Rent Increase Notice & Lease due to expire to Tenants and Landlords
Drafting of Residential Tenancy Agreement
Requirements:
MUST be able to speak, read, and write in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Experience as an admin/executive assistant (Property Management experience is a plus).
Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
Work well in a fast-paced environment
