Qualification Requirement:
Educational Attainment - BS in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering with PRC License
Relevant year/s of experience - Minimum of 3 years in QS Managerial position
Knowledge and/or Skills
Knowledgeable in Mechanical, Plumbing/Sanitary, Fire Protection, Electrical & Auxiliary elements
Quantity Take-off / Estimating, Bidding or Procurement, Contract Documentation and QS Post Contract Works
Others:
Leadership Skills
Can handle multiple projects
Can work under pressure
Good verbal and written communication skills
