Job Description:
Answers queries from staff and clients of the school;
Schedules appointments, meetings, and events;
Organizes travel plans and itineraries for management and staff;
Notifies staff members of important information and company policies;
Assists in the PAASCU preparation of documents and reports;
Updates, maintains, and organizes employee records;
Prepares venues for conferences or meetings;
Plans out work-related calendars and schedules;
Reports any workplace issues through the appropriate channels;
Checks and manages office inventory supplies;
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Quality Assurance from time to time.
Qualifications:
Diploma in administration, human resources, or office management;
Preferably with law background
At least 2 years experience in a similar role;
Top-notch organizational and planning abilities;
Proficiency in MS Office and other office management programs;
Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities;
Excellent telephonic and email communication skills;
Familiarity with office equipment including printers, photocopiers, shredders, and consumables;
Knowledge of office processes such as document handling, drafting communications, and filing;
Helpful and collaborative work ethic;
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
