The Marketing Staff shall have, but not limited to the following duties and responsibilities, to wit:
Manages and develops marketing campaigns;
Actively markets the company's services;
Assists the Marketing Supervisor/Asst. Manager/Manager in the preparation of a yearly activity plan and monthly timetable detailing the activities under his/her program responsibility;
Assists in the monitoring and evaluating of the said activities;
Prepares the budget of activities under program responsibility in line with yearly plans and activities;
Maintains a marketing calendar;
Prepares letters, grants and presentations, under program responsibility, when necessary;
Tap new partners to expand the existing partnership network and database;
Keeps an official list of all partners with complete contact information;
Assists in coordinating and setting preliminary/coordination/post meetings with prospective and existing partners and donors for and with the Marketing Head;
Provides assistance to special events of the college relative to program responsibility;
Is responsible for implementation of activities and plans;
Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences;
Conducts promotional activities;
Organizes and distributes financial and statistical information;
Oversees campaigns on social media;
Evaluates the effectiveness of campaigns;
Reports on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms;
Maintains an acceptable level of conversion;
Provides excellent customer service to customers;
Performs other duties as assigned;
Performs other substantially related task/s as may be assigned to him/her by his/her Immediate Head from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
 
The qualities and qualifications of the Marketing Staff are as follows, to wit:
Candidate must be a graduate of marketing, communications any Marketing-related field;
At least one (1) year of work-related experience;
Solid knowledge of market research techniques thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics;
Solid understanding of research techniques;
Has good scholastic records and proficient in computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Proficient in both verbal and written English communication;
Can work under pressure and has a high degree of integrity;
Must be keen to details and has a very good customer service orientation;
Excellent planning and organizational skills;
Loyal and trustworthy
