Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering Course or other related field/ area.
Experience in QC application tools and various Problem-Solving Techniques is an advantage.
Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly process, work standards related to manufacturing and inspection.
Ability to use standard measuring equipment such as caliper, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
Possesses strong leadership skills that can organize and oversee the duties of the Quality Inspectors with regards to production quality support and rejects management.
Excellent analytical skills that can facilitate investigation of customer claims and can create effective countermeasures.
Ability to assist plantwide SPC application, review of existing procedures for any deviation vs actual.
Familiarity of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and its implementation.
Can integrate continuous improvement in every process such as KAIZEN and SPC programs.
Good oral and written communication skills.
