We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team for the position of Order Management Specialist. The position is a full-time role and the candidate will interact with the Order Management and fulfillment teams.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Process online orders through Amazon, Shopify, Lowe's, and Walmart platforms. Tasks include organizing orders online, downloading packing slips and shipping labels, and entering tracking information.
Communicate with shipping companies to process orders and resolve shipment issues.
Handle the return process for online orders.
Obtaining shipping quotes for domestic and international orders.
Qualifications:
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Comfortable with Google and Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Excel, Word)
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Extremely intelligent and extreme willingness and ambition to learn new things
Self-starter attitude with openness to challenges and learning new things
Adaptable and fast learner, able to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
Ability to handle constructive criticism and feedback with a positive attitude, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
Ability to work onsite on a night shift, holidays, and render OT when needed
Willing to start as soon as possible
