JOB DESCRIPTION
A Leasing Officer must be able to provide current and prospective tenants with the best possible customer service to retain tenants and lease properties. Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with tenants, prospects, employees and outside contacts. Provides information regarding specific communities as well as services offered with the goal of generating lease for the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or any related field.
At least 3 years experience in Leasing related field.
Proficient knowledge of the mall industry, property management principles and relevant legislations.
Must possess a outstanding interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.
