DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Relations Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Facilitates conflict resolution and mediation between employees and management.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints, ensuring fair and unbiased process.
Policy Development and Implimentation
Develop, update, and implement employee relation policies and procedures.
Ensure company policies are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Employee Engagement
Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Performance Management
Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
Provide advice on performance improvement plans and termination processes.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate confidential records of employee relations issues and resolutions.
Keep employee discipline and any other employee-related monitorings updated.
Job Specification
Bachelor's Graduate in Psychology or HRD
With 2 -3 years solid working experience in HR
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent conflict-resolution skills, organization and documentation skills.
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Empathetic, Innovative, Analytical, Active Listener, Optimist and emotionally stable.
