Requirements and Skills
BS Psychology or BS Human Resource Development Management
At least 2 years related experience with Knowledge of HR functions (Compensation and Benefits, timekeeping, recruitment and training & development)
Understanding of Philippine labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel with average typing speed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Job Responsibilities
Involve in planning for training and developmental programs
Create and implement effective onboarding plans and training programs for newly hired and existing employees
Handling employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Implementing training programs to help employees improve their skills and knowledge.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Monitoring of 201 filing and Dole Compliance monitoring
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
