JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Business Administration or any related business courses.
Have 5 - 7 years' professional experience in Human Resource field.
Strong background to all facets of Human Resource and administered all HR Functions: Recruitment, Compensation, Employee Relations, Employee Discipline.
Strong background to Timekeeping and Payroll Processes and DOLE regulations.
Professional experience in Hotel Industry setting is an advantage but not required.
Strong background in Labor Cost measurements.
Strong background in Labor Code and DOLE requirements.
Strong Leadership Skills.
Values Integrity, Communication, Respect, Job Accountability and Service.
