Job Description:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events.
Conduct reference checks and assist with the selection process.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues.
Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Benefits Administration:
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and processes.
HR Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in physical and electronic formats.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Support performance appraisal processes, including data collection and analysis.
Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
HR Reporting:
Prepare and generate HR reports as required.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in exit interviews and conduct exit procedures.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies during employee separations.
Payroll Support:
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Job Requirement:
Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Work Experience:
We accept fresh graduates
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
A focus on providing excellent service to employees and stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills:
The ability to build positive relationships with employees and resolve interpersonal issues is important for employee relations.
Understanding of employee relations principles and the ability to address workplace concerns and conflicts.
Organizational Skills:
HR Associates should be well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks, and handling confidential information.
Computer Literacy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) or software is often required.
Ethical Conduct:
Adherence to high ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
HR Associates should be adaptable to changes in HR policies, procedures, and business requirements.
