JOB SUMMARY
 
Assists the day to day operations of Human Resources functions, duties and responsibilities.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as Coordinator among different departments regarding booking/reservation of trips and come-up with a daily Itinerary based on the requests made and should minimize gasoline/fuel consumption by monitoring the arrival and departure of the Company Driver. Requiring the Driver to simply Call-in upon every trip made will determine if the Itinerary has been strictly followed. Should check if the Official Itinerary Form is being filled-in with appropriate data needed and the authorized signatories should only be honored.
Collects and reviews complete pre-employment requirements of considered applicants.
Ensures complete documentation of newly-hired employees such as Employment Contract, Company Orientation, Company Manual Acknowledgment, ATM Application, Company Uniform, I.D. issuance, Fingerprint Systems Registration, others).
Submit list of newly-hired employees to Company Nurse for Government remittances/reports.
Assist the HR Officer/Senior HR Manager in drafting and reviewing proposed and or existing HR related transactions, policies, procedures and forms.
Closely coordinate with Subcontractors/Contractors' manpower needs, hiring, replacement, suspension, termination and related transactions.
Issues Job Order or Manpower Needs to Subcon/Contractors, as per approval from authorized signatories.
Assist the Subcon/Contractors upon Endorsement of their workers to each requesting department and should ensure that everyone has passed the usual screening/examinations and has complied with all the pre-employment requirements.
Recommends disciplinary actions to Subcon/Contractors' Workers basing on the incident report/s submitted from concerned department and should ensure that these disciplinary actions are being served, documented.
Ensure safekeeping of Subcon/Contractor's 201 file, with all the relevant data or documents attached in the Folder.
Prepare Monthly Manpower Report of each Subcon/Contractors.
Ask daily manpower attendance, tardiness reports of each Subcon/Contractors.
Checks the Summary of Attendance coming from Subcon/Contractors before endorsing the Billing Statement to Accounting; should have a daily attendance monitoring of Subcon Workers for Payroll purposes.
Addresses Subcon/Contractors' Workers concerns, problems, as the need be and call the attention of Subcon/Contractors' Leader/s.
Should ask for the SBR or Special Bank Receipts (from SSS, HDMF) as a Proof of Payment before endorsing the Final Billing to the Accounting.
Ensure that Subcon/Contractors' Workers have observed the general safety rules and standards; recommends disciplinary actions for those non-practicing.
Coordinate with the Company Nurse as to safety gadgets, gears or personal protective equipment for the safekeeping, issuance of such concerned to workers.
Perform such other functions as maybe delegated by immediate superior and or management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
BS Psychology Graduate or any behavioral course.
Should have at least 2 years extensive experience in the same field.
Should be well-versed with government mandatory reports or labor standards; excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence people to achieve results; able to handle multi-task functions; respects confidentiality and should be computer literate.
