The Mighty L and K Foods, Inc. are seeking an employee relations officer to actively manage and improve our organization's employee relations. As a vital member of our HR Department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a harmonious environment and upholding our commitment to fairness, compliance, and employee development.
 
 
Job Description
Resolving the employee relations issues and concerns, including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, and grievances;
In charge of NTE's and NOD's;
Formulating reports based on trends in grievances, disciplinary action, employee satisfaction, and etc.
You'll also be traveling nationwide;
Provide support to other Human Resource Facets.
 
Job Qualifications
Must possess a degree of BS/AB Psychology, BS in Human Resources, or an equivalent field;
Must have an experience in handling a lot of people;
Must have a great personality;
Must be a dedicated person with strong work ethics.

Work Schedule
