The CANDIDATE:
- Has to be a degree holder with a Human Resource and Management / Personnel Management degree
- Needs to have 3 yrs experience at minimum
- Needs to reside nearest to Talamban
- Needs to commit for a long term employment min 5yrs up
- Needs to be eager to learn the use of a digital HRIS system
- Needs to be multi skilled, highly organized and time efficient
The CANDIDATE will be exposed to HR duties and General Admin Functions. Most specific duties will be:
- Post vacancies, Identify, Select and process candidates
- Maintain complete 201 files in a highly organized manner both digital and hard copy files
- Address IRs and NTEs and Resolutions in coordination with the admin head
- Must be very affluent in the use of Excel and must learn and master the HRIS online program and application sesttings
- Must seek to improve systems in Personnel management and materials
- Keeps logs and documentation of all HR processes, handbooks, rules and guidelines for reference.
- Coordinates with the field officers and assists in training and development
- Performs regular evaluation of all trainees and regular employees
- Any other relevant duties
