Job Description
Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
Conducts salary reviews and labor market research
Creates the compensation analysis for new hires and promotions
Prepares CBA package computation needed for negotiation
Qualifications
A graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resources Development and Management.
With at least 1 year of experience in compensation and benefits analysis.
Willing to be assigned in Mandaue City, Cebu
