The HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the human resources functions of our organization. This role requires a proactive and strategic professional who can effectively manage the day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with employment laws, fostering a positive work culture, and driving initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes and policies.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration of new hires.
Support employee performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
Manage employee relations matters, addressing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and updating policies as needed.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benchmarking, and managing employee benefits.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee well-being.
Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to managers and employees, promoting a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
Oversee HR data management and reporting, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role, with a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures, ER/IR.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Will handle Visayas and Mindanao branch
