We are looking for a HR RECRUITER to join our Philippine office based in Cebu Exchange Tower, Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu City (IT Park).
Job Responsibilities
Identifying future hiring needs
Designing job descriptions
Sourcing candidates through databases and social media
Conducting interviews
Filing paperwork
Keeping abreast of employment law and legislation
Monitoring new and existing employees and acting as the advocate of the company
Researching job seekers and inviting them to apply to a job
Designing the training programs of the staff according to the HR policy of the company.
Requirements
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgement
BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
Proficiency in English and Cebuano (both written and verbal)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, sense of responsibility;
Be mature, independent, and able to work under pressure
Full-time, 5 working days a week.
