JOB DESCRIPTION
? Will administer or develop human resources programs and policies including but not limited to compensation and benefits, staffing, employee relations, training, health, and safety.
? Ensure human resources programs and policies are aligned with organizational operations across regions.
? Develop and implement HR strategies to bridge employer-employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
? Manage the recruitment and selection process.
? Well-versed in the Labor Laws and ensure the Organization is aligned and compliant
? Payroll preparation and payment of government contributions
? Responsible for liaising with gov’t agencies regarding employee benefits and claims.
? Maintains complete and proper document filing
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
? Candidate must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
? Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
? With good oral and written communication skills
? Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
? Matured, open to challenges, and able to work independently
? With a Positive working attitude and Self-driven
? Must have the skills in recruitment, Labor Laws, Human Resources Programs and policies, Health & Safety and Trainings for employees.
? Applicants residing in nearby places like Parañaque, Las Piñas and southern areas will be preferred.
