HR OFFICER
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures smooth operation of Human Resource and Administration through providing responsive administrative and office support.
Monitors all records of the Human Resource department and ensures safekeeping of confidential information.
Handles end-to-end recruitment process.
Perform a variety of duties to promote employees welfare such as resolving concerns on human relations and promoting employees interpersonal relationship which leads to employee satisfaction.
Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and disbursement of employees compensation. Ensures that compensation and performance programs are consistently administered and compliant with company policies and government regulations.
Responsible in the implementation, administration and monitoring of all employee benefit programs. Ensures compliance with all legal requirements of government-mandated benefits.
Implements training program, adjust the current programs in close coordination with the line management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A graduate of Psychology or any Behavioral related courses.
At least 2 yeasr of working experience.
Well organized and proficient in documentation and records keeping.
Proficient in both oral and written communication.
Analytical, active listener, accurate and keen on details.
Assertive, confident, highly motivated and can work with minimum supervision.
Flexible, independent, results-oriented and can do multitasking.
Values confidentiality, tact and discretion in dealing with people.
Knowledge in Philippine Labor Laws.
