HR OFFICER
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related field
Has government HR work experience, preferably 3-5 years.
Licensed Civil Service Professional
Relevant experience in HR facets
Has strategic leadership, Strong morale & ethical code
Good coordination with concerned government agencies
Good in communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in MS Office Application (excel, ppt, word)
Efficient and well-organized
Willing to be assigned outside Cebu City
Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall in-charge for all manpower requirements.
Review job advertisements before job posting.
Develop and do recruitment process; review all application, shortlisting, initial interview, endorsement to hiring department.
Ensure all mandatory deductions and reports are being complied.
Coordinate with admin staff for preparation of schedule of payments.
Payroll of employees
Manage Incident Reports, review and do action/investigation related to reports.
Issues NTE/Show Cause Memo/NOD, coordinate with department heads when admin hearing is necessary.
Coordinate with the management for employee related issues.
