HR OFFICER
Jobs Responsibilities:
Work in all areas of Human Resource such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and employee relations
Create manuals and guidelines to promote work efficiency
Provide contracts and rules for the employees
Research and be proactive in assisting the company meet its compliance
Assist the management team as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Working experience as a Human Resource Officer: 2 or more years
Experience in Admin is a plus
Exceptional communication and language skill to work with English
Can relate to a start-up business environment
Monthly Salary:
30,000-40,000 PHP
Working Schedule:
Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Lunch break 2-3 PM)
