We are in need of this position:
HR Officer - Recruitment
Job Description:
HR Officer is responsible for hiring selection process with primary emphasis on Recruitment matters involving employees up through the middle management level; communicates and interprets company human resources policies and procedures for managers and employees. Her job is to ensure that all departments, management, and employees are working harmoniously.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates all stages of hiring process including job postings, reviewing and screening job applications, scheduling and conducting interviews and onboarding new employees;
Oversees background checks, scheduling online swab testing and monitors pre-employment requirements of hired applicants;
Facilitates new hires orientation and provides all necessary new hires kits: employment contract, NDA, issuance of uniforms, issuance of company I.D and other necessary new documents during on boarding;
Enrolls new hire's fingers prints in biometrics at the specific branches assigned with correct details esp. ID#;
Encodes all necessary data of new hires accurately in HRIS within the week from deployment date;
Organizes, files & maintains 201 files both of new and existing employees;
Consistently updates HR reports specifically recruitment via HR Wide google report;
Ensures 100% manpower complement to all stores on a day-to-day basis;
Monitors and conducts inventories for uniforms, COC's and other HR related items;
Coordinates with all Department Heads / Branch OIC's for any manpower related concerns and resolve it accordingly;
Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
Qualifications:
With at least 6 months relevant work experience
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedure
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Graduate of any Human Resource/Behavioral/Business course related
With Psychometrician license is an advantage
