HR EXECUTIVE
Location: Davao Buhangin Warehouse
Headcount Needed: 1
The HR Executive serves as the point of contact of the HR Department for his/her assigned account and shall be in charge of the end-to-end process of recruitment, run HR Programs, assist in overall HR operations, and shall make sure that goals and standards are met.

Handles the end-to-end recruitment process
Monitors employees' performance reviews in a timely manner
In charge of the compilation of the 201 files
Ensures compliance with policies, rules, and regulations in the area (Safety Officer, First Aider)
Oversees the offboarding process
Assists the L&D Team in all employee engagement activities
Qualifications
A graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resources Development and Management.
With at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement.
Willing to be assigned in Davao, Buhangin
Salary Range: 14,000 to 15,000
