We are currently looking for an HR Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our AU Client.
 
Job Description
Assist in coordinating the recruitment process, including drafting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Draft and prepare various HR-related letters and documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and support general HR administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably with a focus on recruitment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software systems is a plus.
