HR ASSISTANT
General Function:
Assist and collaborates with the HR Officer/ Manager in handling various fields in Human Resources Management including but not limited to: payroll administration, employees' compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, execution of the disciplinary process, and attending to general employee concerns.
Qualification:
Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management is required.
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities.
Excellent computer skills and other modern office technology methods and procedures related to the work.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
