HR & ADMIN OFFICER
 
Responsibilities
Administers all facets of human resources of the company such as recruitment, Employee Relation, Compensation & Benefit, HR Compliance and other related human resources responsibilities.
Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
Assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
Prepares and maintain employee handbook policies and procedures manual.
Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and non-exempt personnel, and OJTs.
Conducts new-employee orientation; writes and places advertisements.
Facilitates the Recruitment Process and needs of the company from hiring to employment.
Monitors and facilitates the employee's performance appraisal and contract signing with the department head.
Monitors and purchases company standard uniforms and merchandise from Head Office to all employees.
Endorses of "Authority to Deduct" to employees for signature and endorses it to Head Office and Accounting.
Responsible for preparation and submission of One Hub Report and deduction schedules.
Responsible for payroll and timekeeping.
Handles employee relations counselling and exit interviewing.
Makes incident reports and take courses of action.
Monitors and facilitates employee's queries and needs.
Issues of Memos and Notices of Disciplinary Action to employees.
Responsible in the supervision of maintenance services including its amenities, utilities, equipment and service vehicles in accordance with Company standards on safety, cleanliness and orderliness.
Assists company in providing safety and security inside and outside the premises.
Monitors and facilitates in IT and technical concerns in coordination with the local IT staff and head office IT Management.
Monitors and purchases office supplies and equipment that are essential to employees and the company's facilities.
Participates in administrative meetings.
Assists on the needs of the top management (i.e. VP-Operations and President)
Coordinates with all department heads or management teams
Reports directly to Cebu Top Management
Facilitates in company events and marketing events.
Facilitates on the processing of Government clearances and Sanitary permit for the compliance of business permit
Facilitates on the company's annual medical exam.
Prepares and schedules employee's travel expenses (i.e. Airfare, Hotel Accommodation, Transportation, Meal allowance, etc.) during trainings, business plan meeting and convention.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
