Job Description
Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office Suite
Proficiency in English; Multilingual abilities are an advantage
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards are required. Familiarity with hospitality industry standard are required.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Previous experience of a minimum of 2 years in hospitality is essential. Experience as a Guest Relations Officer or in a similar role is highly desirable.
