JOB DESCRIPTION
General Responsibilities:
Collaborate with DEV, Operations, Sales, Merchant Services, Marketing and Customer Support teams to resolve merchant issues post-launch focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Regularly review key performance indicators for improvement opportunities and propose process, product, and/or services optimizations where applicable
Maintain technical acumen through a periodic refresh of knowledge about products, systems, and solutions;
Set strategic direction for major merchants;
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field
3 or 5 years of relevant experience
Sales/Customer Service/Customer Support experience
Direct customer-facing and project implementation experience.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solutions
Excellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills
Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Ability to gain knowledge and learn related company department processes
Capability in solving problems and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams
Capability of developing and maintaining excellent long-term customer/superior/peer relationships
Willing to report in Bacoor, Cavite once a week
