Job Description
College degree preferred, high school diploma is required or equivalent. Extensive HVAC Maintenance Experience. (3-5 Years)
Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC repair and installation and 3 years in a supervisory role. Must be able to read and understand schematic drawings, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
Two years related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Additional Information:
Possess knowledge of safety and environmental issues as they relate to Facility Maintenance.
