Education and or Work Experience Requirements
Bachelor's or College degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or equivalent;
Preferably with 2 years experience as Server;
Strong Leadership;
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
Flexible and accommodating.
 
2.Duties and Responsibilities
Welcomes and greets guests warmly;
Take an active role in coaching and developing junior staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures;
Ensure that hotel brand standard and SOP are consistently implemented;
Ensure that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized;
Ensure and maintain cleanliness of all wares throughout the shift;
Assist the Department Head in the entire restaurant operations;
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who serve food and beverages;
Establish methods to meet work schedules;
Schedule all activities for restaurant staff according to guidelines and ensure proper uniform wearing of staff at all times;
Ensure beverage inventory control system is performed;
Work closely with the Department Head in the development and implementation of marketing promotion strategies for the restaurant to increase revenue;
Communicates with the Kitchen Department to ensure guest satisfaction with the food and service;
Maintain record of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
May be assigned to assist in banquet operations when the need arises;
