IELTS ACADEMIC LEADER
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
 
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS Academic Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the IELTS preparation programs, ensuring high-quality instruction, and achieving excellent student outcomes.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement effective IELTS preparation curricular and teaching strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of IELTS instructors, providing guidance and support.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of both instructors and students.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills.
Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam trends and updates.
Ensure that all teaching materials and methods comply with ELTS standards.
Provide individualized support to students to help them achieve their desired scores.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent.
Proven experience in teaching IELTS preparation courses.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
