JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
Processes all Incident reports received by HR
Conducts constructive and thorough investigation on disciplinary issues
Recommends disciplinary action based on internal precedent
Drafts letters, memos and notice in compliance with company and labor standards
Complete all documents for DOLE -related issues
Working closely with agencies to strengthen compliance with labor standards
Conduct administrative hearing as necessary
Must have in depth knowledge on Labor Laws
Attend Labor Hearings
Creation of New Policies as needed
Conducts exit interview and release clearance of resigned employees
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Qualifications
Graduate of BS Psychology or any Business related course
With at least 2 years HR related experience
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly both orally and in writing
Able to travel nationwide as the need arises
Knowledgeable on Labor Laws
Can work well with people
Can start ASAP
