CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Job Description
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer/clients and staff accounts through open and interactive communication mostly through inbound and outbound calls
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team targets
Handle customer and staff complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer and staff interactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers and staff
Requirements and skills
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative with US/UK accounts (BPO
Strong phone handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Graduated at least high school
Willing to work US Shift
Willing to work in the Ayala Center Cebu office

Office Address: 14th Floor, Ayala Center Cebu Tower, Bohol St., Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
Landmark: Building with H&M and Mercury Drug. Across Ayala PUV Terminal
Work Hours: US Daytime (PHL Night/Graveyard)
Salary package:
Basic: Php16,000.00
Allowances: Php 4,000.00
