Reporting to the National Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with tact, discretion and diplomacy
Ability to juggle different tasks and requests
Ability to work closely and build strong relationships with managers
A very high level of attention to detail
Well-developed communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude
General administrative duties
Alongside some of these key responsibilities, we are looking for someone who has the initiative to be a self-starter, resolve problems, be an effective communicator and someone who can develop strong working relationships with both stores and customers.
 
The ideal candidate will be a clear thinker with the ability to manage and analyze data, combined with strong prioritization skills. Also, a team approach is mandatory, basic understanding of the Australian retail environment is also desirable with the ability to react quickly in a fast-paced remote retail support office environment. Computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook are also a requirement.
 
Essential to succeed in this role, the right candidate will have strong communication skills, enthusiasm, show initiative, drive, be a self-motivator, and have the ability to think outside the square, manage their time effectively, be proactive and have a great sense of humor.
 
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
