CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
 
Job Description:
Dedicated and goal oriented
Will provide exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquires, resolving issues, scheduling appointments with clients
Updating data base record
Assist the Customer Service Officer in promoting customer focus with the entire organization
Assist the Customer Service Officer in facilitating a teamwork approach with customers and employees to ensure expectations are realized.
Perform other administrative functions and other tasks that maybe assigned by the Customer Service Officer.
Job Qualification:
Female
Bachelor of Science in Business in Administration or any other related courses
Excellent Written and Oral communication skills
At least 6 months or 1 year of working experience
Working Hours
7:30AM TO 5:30PM (Mon-Fri)
Fixed Weekend Off
