Established in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines in 1983, Mactan Rock Industries Inc. started as an industrial chemical manufacturer specializing in water treatment chemicals and industrial preventive maintenance chemicals. As the company grew, it began trading in water softeners, demineralizers and ion exchange resins. In just over five (5) years, it metamorphosed from its modest beginnings to a complete water and wastewater treatment company.
 
Through its Human Resources Department (HRD) hereby informs everyone that we are currently looking for successful applicants to fill up the following position enumerated below along with the qualifications:
 
CREDIT AND COLLECTION STAFF:
 
QUALIFICATIONS :
 
Bachelor's Degree in Business, accounting , commerce , finance or any related course.
At least one year of experience in the field , fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adopt to a new situation , work under different conditions ,or handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
 
Making phone calls to clients daily for collection follow up to all areas.
Advise the Treasury Staff-Cashier of the checks for pick up.
Ensure that customer's concern be attended immediately by coordinating with concern departments.
Facilitate and documents completion of customer's requirements for collection issues.
Accomplish Daily Finance Collection Report.
Accomplish weekly EWT's status updates and reports.
Accomplish monthly updates to all approved contracts.
Make collection projection on previous month sale.
Make finance collection projection in a weekly basis.
Makes monthly collection letter and mail to response person/clients.
Filling of documents ( statement of accounts , demand letter and other documents necessary to file.
Performs other functions, which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
