BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR
 
Job Qualifications
Male/Female
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Business Administration or any related courses
Preferably with experience in Condominium Management for at least 2 Years
Good knowledge and understanding of operations and flow
Excellent Written and Oral communication skills with strong customer service
Job Descriptions
Assists Unit buyers & Customer Service Dept concerns.
Ensure proper and judicious usage of all utilities (electricity, water, and telecommunication) Undertakes regular maintenance, check and inspection of Amenities and Utilities; recommends replacements / repair when due.
Ensure proper security measures, proper wastes collection & disposal.
Maintains equipment & property records, unit buyer / occupant records.
Prepares Billing Statements of Power & Water Consumption for unit buyers.
Monitor proper parking assignments and passageways.
Facilitates the renewal of Permits-To-Operate (PTO) of Elevator, Gensets, Sewerage Treatment Plant & other equipment that may be required.
Immediately Reports to proper authorities all criminal activities, incidents within the building premises.
Process payment for Utility Providers.
The building Administrator must be available during office hours and accessible even after office hours.
His/her telephone number, if any, and his/her address must be on file at the administrative office of his/her unit.
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
 
Working Hours:
7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon- Fri)
