Coordination of recruitment and performance management process
Prepare contracts between employees and the company
Maintain with policy and procedures development and review
Manage staff personnel files and relevant records.
Assist office staff in maintaining files and databases Monitors office operations
Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
Supervise all administrative personnel
Preparing correspondence on General Managers behalf
Planning and organising meetings
Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
Drafting communications on your Managing Director's behalf
Special Attributes of an Effective Employee are: Efficient Flexible Self-motivated Organized Proactive A good communicator
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to effectively interact with different types of people
• Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
• Ability to Scheduling and Planning meetings and Strong leadership skills
• With organizational skills and attention to detail
