Job Description
Perform wheel alignment services using specialized equipment.
Inspect and adjust suspension components for proper alignment.
Diagnose alignment issues based on customer complaints and vehicle performance.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Communicate with customers about necessary repairs and maintenance. Stay updated on industry standards and new alignment technologies.
Ensure a safe and clean working environment in the shop. Collaborate with other technicians for comprehensive vehicle service.
Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships. Adhere to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines during repairs.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
At Least 3 years experience as an Wheel Aligner in a workshop
Extensive knowledge of tire patterns and material composition.
