Tallant Asia is looking for a Virtual Assistant for a company based in Hong Kong.
 
The candidate must have experience in digital marketing services, a keen eye for identifying business opportunities, and a skill for growing relationships with decision-makers that translates to new opportunities.
 
The candidate will be responsible for developing strategies that drive revenue growth by expanding the agency's base of clients. You will focus on developing and executing the agency's business development strategies.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You're in charge of executing client's business development strategy, lead follow-ups, new prospect discovery, and developing relationships with key decisionmakers within target organizations. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Assist in executing the agencies business development strategy
Working closely with leadership to suggest innovative solutions
Networking with prospects at relevant industry events
Maintaining a database of prospective clients and client contacts in HubSpot
Developing and managing a new business conversion pipeline
Managing campaigns and client relationships
Monitoring and reporting on industry trends
Designing, presenting, and regularly updating a library of branded presentation and proposal materials
Qualifications:
 
Enthusiastic individual and strong team player
Fluent in English, plus one other languages
Marketing and/or project management background
Digitally savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
Strong customer centric approach to solving problems
Eager to learn and ability to pick up new knowledge and skills easily
Preferred strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Microsoft PowerPoint
Flexible and open-minded when it comes to taking on a variety of projects
Skilled at management reporting and gathering insights from data in order to influence decision making
Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and execute on projects with little instruction in an agile manner
