Job Requirements:
 
Education and Experience:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Previous experience in the financials, banking, investment, or rebate industry is highly preferred.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet software.
Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial data and reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to identify and address potential issues.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in utilizing advanced features of Microsoft Excel, such as formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Familiarity with financial software and systems commonly used in the industry.
Understanding of financial concepts, terminology, and calculations.
Adaptability and Flexibility:
Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and projects.
