Position Overview:
 
We are seeking a VICI Dialer Administrator to remotely manage, configure, and troubleshoot VICI dialers for our call center. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with VICI dialer systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
 
Responsibilities:
Manage and configure VICI dialer systems to enhance call center efficiency.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal dialer functionality.
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform updates, and apply fixes as necessary.
Develop, manage, and maintain campaigns and call lists.
Provide training and technical support to agents and managers as needed.
Ensure compliance with system processes and data security policies.
Collaborate with team leads to identify and resolve performance-related challenges.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience managing VICI dialer systems (or similar platforms).
Strong understanding of call center operations and dialer workflows.
Knowledge of Linux systems and basic server management (a plus).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience with remote support tools and platforms.
Salary and Benefits:
