Job Description:
 
A Lead Generation Associate, you will play a critical role in our lead generation efforts. You will leverage your expertise in the cloud technology industry in areas that include data management, cyber security, AI, IoT, unified communication and financial management. You will use your outbound calling skills to engage with technology buyers, understand their needs, and position our solutions effectively.
 
Agent's Qualifications:
3-5 years of outbound calling experience in the cloud technology industry
Proven track record in lead generation and achieving targets
Strong knowledge of cloud technology trends, services, and solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using dialers such as Five9, RingCentral, and Vonage
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details
Willingness to adapt and learn about new technologies and products
