Responsibilities for Sales Agent
Engage with customers face-to-face, assisting them in finding the right products and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
 Help customers from start to finish, guiding them through the purchasing process and addressing any inquiries they may have.
 Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
Keep the sales area organized and well-presented, ensuring that products are displayed attractively.
Strive to improve customer satisfaction through exceptional service and by anticipating client needs.
Qualifications for Sales Agent
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional education in business or retail is a plus.
 Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is advantageous but not required.
 Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
 Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Having a vehicle (motorcycle or car) is preferred for commuting.
Salary Range: Salary Range: Php 16,000 - 20,000, with opportunities for commission-based earnings.
