As a training officer, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, development, and execution of training programs that will bridge the skills gap among employees to help them perform better in their individual assignments.

BPO experience is an advantage.
Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Confident and knowledgeable of basic computer processes.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Filipino citizen or holding a relevant residence status.
Willing to work on-site.

What will you be doing?
Create training materials for specific assignments/accounts.
Coordinate with clients and the support teams to determine training expectations.
Ensure that all information is up-to-date and easy to understand.
Identify skills deficiencies among employees to develop remedial programs.
