TRAINING MANAGER
 
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
As part of the hotel management, this position is responsible for energizing team spirit and motivation in all staff. He/ She are expected to maintain the highest standard of guest service and satisfaction. He/ She must also be fair and just in any staff disciplinary action required. He/ She is also expected to be a "hands-on" Manager/ Supervisor. By this, we expect that he/ she is prepared to lend "hands-on" assistance if a hotel area/department becomes very busy. It must be emphasized that this "hands-on" assistance must be approached with the "hotel as a whole" in mind, and must not be detrimental to the efficient operations of other areas.
Establishes hotel orientation, training, developing and evaluating systems.
Develops training programs.
Establishes standard policies and procedures for training.
Conducts training.
Oversee staff hotel training and effective staff management.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delegates to and supervise all Managerial staff within the Department and assist them in preparing work schedules.
Conforms to and enforce policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT COMPANY and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
Maintains and updates staff training records, policies and procedures and other training matters.
Conducts Training Needs. Analysis for management and supervisory staff to identify and determine training needs.
Qualifications:
College Graduate with any related course (Psychology, BS HRDM, etc.)
At least 5 year experience of Learning & Development / Training
Flexible, team player, open to learning new things
Willing to be assigned in Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City
