Primary Responsibilities
Conduct training for new Customer Support and Production Representatives.
Develop and refine program materials aligned with company goals.
Facilitate nesting for newly endorsed representatives in Customer Service and Production.
Create evaluations and exercises to gauge trainees' understanding and performance.
Recommend qualified graduates to the Operations team.
Submit comprehensive weekly evaluation reports on trainee performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and issue warnings when necessary.
Conduct weekly coaching sessions with trainees.
Conduct enhancement training as needed.
Maintain consistency in training materials and practices.
Attend weekly meetings with other trainers and management.
Secondary Responsibilities
Ensure optimal learning for students before deployment.
Provide training reports to Department Managers.
Conduct company orientation when needed.
Handle Customer Service/Production tasks for continuous learning.
Understand Operations department needs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Efficiently utilize training resources.
Stay updated on company developments and industry trends.
Address changing needs of the Operations workforce in coordination with relevant teams.

Graduate Of Any 4 Year Course
At least 1 year experience of being a trainer in the BPO industry
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Computer proficiency for reporting and creating training materials
Coaching background in call center setting required
Ability to independently develop training modules
