We are looking for a Technical Trainer:
Must have a Bachelor's degree preferably in computer technology, information systems, engineering, or any related field.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in a technical training role.
Experience in designing and developing training material is preferred but not required.
Proficient knowledge of VLAN, routing, OSI, VPN, IP subnetting, and different networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc
Technical Certifications such as CCNA, Ruckus Certification, and others are preferred but not required.
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Must have excellent facilitation, presentation, and listening skills.
Has excellent Customer Service Skills
Has good interpersonal and professional skills
Has the ability to creatively use resources and adjust to changes quickly and professionally
Has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment
Has strong attention to detail
Has the ability to prioritize assignments and projects based on importance and customer expectations
Can showcase Analytical, Dynamic, and Creative personal qualities
Willing to work in shifts/weekends/holidays
