Position: TECHNICAL ENGINEER
 
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Preferably a licensed engineer in their field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Knowledge of CAD applications is an advantage.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Self-motivated and capable of independent learning.
Job Summary:
The Technical Engineer plays a key role in ensuring that the company consistently delivers superior results to clients by addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Duties and responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on proposal statuses and execution of purchase/job orders.
Design, develop, implement, and test solutions based on business requirements.
Support the team in planning, design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
Monitor processes, workers, and methods to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and propose actionable plans.
Conduct research and develop best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
Regularly engage with management, providing updates on project status, activities, and achievements.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
